Celeste

She's a much older generation of Azurillian, where their hair and ears acted like octopus tentacles. Azurillians varied from different tones of green to bright pinks, and their color schemes can be as bright and colorful like tree frogs, or dark and hardly distinguishable like reptiles. In most cases, they're usually SEEN as different shades of green and blue.

Celeste isn't unique and her color of green is very common, but the pinkish tint she has on her back is. Most Azurillians have pink eyes, but they're brightness often correlate with the brightness of the color of their skin.
